功能描述：程序实现图像的任意拉伸，程序运行后，可以通过拖拽四个顶点进行自由拉伸，效率很高，不会感觉到延迟。

程序只在读取和保存图像时使用了GDI+的特性，其余算法均独立实现，可以方便的进行移植。
