从9月投简历直到10月底把三方协议盖章，历时二个月，被鄙视居多-_-! 最终拿到了比较满意的offer。感谢在我找工作期间为我提供帮助和关心我的朋友们, 还有为我推荐的几位师兄, 非常感谢你们。
首先自我介绍一下，鄙人东北大学计算机专业的本科生，因为想从事搜索方面的研究，所以这次投的主要集中在搜索方面的互联网公司或者IT公司的搜索部门，一共投了七家：google、微软STC、百度、阿里巴巴ASC、腾讯、网易有道和校内网。

在9月一直纳闷怎么也没一家公司面试我的时候，微软和百度居然同一天突然袭击，把我击败了。。。。非常感谢帮我推荐的Yida学长和PanSihong学长。
通过这次面试，让我明白了像我这样的菜鸟面试也要好好准备的。。和考试一样。。于是利用十一长假把操作系统计算机网络数据结构看了一遍，把该思考的问题也思考了一下。
校内网
在我有些绝望的时候，校内网给了我希望。这要感谢崔浩波李伟博和赵宁的几位学长的顶力推荐。把简历发给浩波后没几天就接到曲浩的电话，当时我正在上课，曲浩说和我聊聊，于是我就出教室聊了一会，这一聊就聊了40来分钟。。问了我两道链表的算法题目，然后告诉我一些如果去校内网的话要做的东西和需要学习的东西。
几天后是校内网来东大宣讲和招聘，我也跟着流程笔试了一下，当天下午和曲浩面谈了一下，写了小段代码。一周后收到了校内的短信，告诉我面试通过，正式offer稍候发出。不过到现在还没收到呢～
非常感谢几位校内的学长还有曲浩大牛，虽然最终没有选择和大家一起工作，我还是会和大家一样关心校内网的，希望校内网盈利，希望校内早日上市，我会经常来贡献PV的，呵呵～
阿里巴巴
能拿到阿里的offer，感觉很有缘分。
阿里巴巴是我计划外投的简历，东北大学也是阿里巴巴计划外来招聘的学校。
阿里巴巴的招聘行程上没有东大这一站，16号左右阿里巴巴搜索技术中心(ASC)去了东大的自然语言处理(NLP)实验室，他们的招聘信息还是NLP的王会珍老师发给我的，我当时正在上她的选修课。我看了他们的招聘职位都是很专业，比如自然语言处理方向、相关性方向、文本挖掘方向，反正我是完全不懂。所以我感觉阿里此次低调之行也许是想招几个NLP的研究生吧。
16号晚上6点半阿里巴巴在主楼某会议室进行宣讲，主楼是研究生的地盘。。于是我更确定他们是来招研究生的。恰好这个时候在大活有个新加坡出国的交流会，自从受到百度微软的打击后，我就有了出国的想法，也是解决失业的一个办法。于是我决定去听出国交流会。
要不说缘分呢，交流会讲的很快，其实就是个中介公司，反正没事，我回宿舍打印了一份简历就奔向主楼了，投了简历，反正也是试试，就和NLP的研究生拼一下吧，于是我也投了自然语言处理方向。晚上快12点时终于等到了电话，告之明天下午2点半去主楼XXX面试。
17号中午洗了洗头，嗯，小伙挺帅的(Orz)，两点多到然后就是一面技术，二面HR，其实技术也没问太难的问题，反正全答了，二面就更容易了，因为我是本科生(后来才知道，除了许倩申请实习以外，其它来面试的全是研究生)，HR Vivian问到了我为什么不考研，除了阿里巴巴还投了什么公司之类的问题，旁边还坐着大BOSS，时不时的问一句，最后Vivian问我还有什么问题，我问了两个，然后就要准备走的时候，大BOSS突然发话了，说我再问你个问题，这也是我这次面试过程中印象最深的几句话：
BOSS: 你认为什么能力能让你进入阿里巴巴
我: BLABLABLA
BOSS: 你这么自信吗
我说是的，然后我很自信的微笑着举了个例子说明为什么我很自信和为什么阿里巴巴要选择我
我觉得我能拿到offer很有可能取决于最后说的这些话
最后告之两周之内给通知。结果21号下午刚刚收到校内网的短信后就接到了阿里巴巴Vivian的电话通知了offer，我说我就知道我能加入你们的，Vivian笑了。
腾讯
拿到阿里巴巴的offer以后，考虑了一下，就差不多决定去阿里巴巴了，我觉得阿里巴巴提供的职位很好，搜索研发自然语言处理方向，也很有挑战，而且待遇也可以，虽然比不上百度，但比腾讯还是高一些的。
但我仍想把这个过程走完，于是就参加了腾讯的笔试，面试名单出来后，我正好是早上第一批面试，据说腾讯的名单是按成绩排的。但是非常的不巧，那个时候正好我和一门课程的考试冲突了(要不怎么说和阿里巴巴有缘分呢)。
于是我决定放弃腾讯的面试，把机会留给别人吧。
当天晚上，在腾讯做搜索的宋国龙师兄给我发来短信问我笔试面试的怎么样，之前我是通过NLP的王会珍老师联系的宋师兄，他给我内部推荐的。收到他的短信后我突然觉得很愧疚，非常抱歉的和他说明了情况，后来他也没给我回信息，唉，对不起了师兄。

对于这两家一直没有鸟我的公司我就不批评你们了 -_-!
